STATEMENT OF FAITH
Reaching Higher Ministries, Inc., believes and teaches the following:
· The Bible is the infallible Word of God and it is without any error: 2 Samuel 22:31, 2 Tim 3:16
· Water Baptism by immersion in THE NAME OF JESUS and that it is an outward profession of belief in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ:. Mathew 3:16, Acts 2:38, 1 Peter 3:21
· Baptism in the Holy Ghost and speaking with tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance: Mathew 3:11, Acts 2:4
The gifts of the Spirit, and the Fruit of the Spirit should be manifested in a believers life. They are for the strenthening of God's people: I Corinthians 12:4-11, I Peter 4:10
· The anointing of oil and praying for the sick: James 5:14
· Sanctification through the Word of God and by the Holy Ghost: Romans 6:19, Galations 5:22-25
Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary: Mathew 1:23
· Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave: Mathew 27:32-50, Luke 24:46-47
· The only way to get to heaven is through the Blood of Jesus. Confessing our sins to God and accepting Jesus as our personal Savior. Romans 10:9-10 & 13, 1 John 1:7-9, Hebrews 9:22, Revelations 1:5
· Living a life of Holiness, without sin, is what we should strive for daily: Hebrews 12:14, Hebrews 4:24
